Beefeater Series 900 BBQ
Thursday 2nd June 2011
We have just constructed and used our new Beefeater 900 4 burner BBQ and i'm pretty impressed. It's the first large BBQ we've used and it works very well.
The instruction for building the cabinet are a bit basic meaning some faffing around. It has peizo ignition which we haven't sussed out properly yet, it should be straight forward but haven't got it to work yet.
Has anyone else got one of these or similar?

Morning,
I have a Beefeater BBQ, can't remember which model it is, but it does have 4 burners. Have had it for a couple of years now, an excellent, reliable bit of kit.

We've worked out how the ignition works so it's all ok.
The burners seem to have a bigger flame at the rear side and the instructions say this can be adjusted with a screw but don't say where, do you have any ideas Mr Grey?

Afternoon, no idea if it's the same as mines the Discovery i-1000.
On the burners themselves, at the front of the BBQ on the right hand side is a small screw.
According to the manual turn this anti-clockwise to reduce flame size.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. Yes that's what the manual says, i can find a bolt head on the right hand side at the front only. I think i'll take the burners out and have a better look. It's not a big problem but i like it to be right - i think it'll be getting alot of use - good job we got a big gas bottle
Sounds like yours is the even bigger version!!

No problem, sorry couldn't have been more help. Save you having to dismantle it.
Only had a quick look at the BBQ and manual.
Probably what you had already done.
Hope you get it sorted.
